Installation of our new phone system

Starting Monday, 4 December, we commenced a Telephony Upgrade Project to integrate our phone systems across Metropolitan Memorial Parks.  

This initiative aims to streamline and enhance our services by consolidating the contact centre systems of Northern Metropolitan, Southern Metropolitan, and Rookwood General Cemetery Land Managers into a modern and unified platform. 

As we work towards improving client interactions and service delivery, we want to keep you informed about potential changes during this transition. Please be advised that there might be temporary adjustments in how calls are made and received.
